How to transfer Kindle for Pc to Calibre for nook?

Question by therosschaos: How to transfer Kindle for Pc to Calibre for nook? I use calibre to transfer books to my nook. I know you can buy kindle books for your nook by employing Calibre. But I cant seem to be to figure it out! And I need to have relatively basic phase-by-step guidelines for obtaining issues from the "Kindle for Computer" library, to my "Calibre" library. I feel I know how to get it to my nook after its on Calibre, but if you want to give me instructions just in situation, that would be nice! Very best answer:

Just get the books through a source that is currently in epub, PDF or an additional open format compatible with Nook. Why would you bother going through the additional measures buying it in a format you know you cannot use? I am rather positive you cannot use Calibre to convert Kindle books anyway as I feel they are DRM protected.
