How do I transfer books from a single Kindle to a 2nd Kindle?

Question by LHB: How do I transfer books from one Kindle to a 2nd Kindle? Just bought a second Kindle for my wife. Not certain how to get the books that are previously downloaded on my Kindle above to her new Kindle. Best response:

Are each Kindles registered to the identical Amazon.com account? If so, this is extremely simple. On the e-Ink Kindles, get to the Home display, then appear for the Archives area. Open that up. All the titles you ever bought on that account will be listed. Basically click on it and it will request if you if you want to get to that Kindle. On the flip side, you can log into your Amazon.com account on your computer and choose Handle Kindles. There you will see a list of purchases, and a drop down menu the place you can pick what Kindle to get the acquire to.
