How can I delete books from the Archived area on my Amazon kindle?

Query by Drew: How can I delete books from the Archived section on my Amazon kindle? I received some free of charge books on my kindle and I began reading them, but didn't really like them. So I deleted them like the way you delete any kindle guide, but like four of them went to the archived area on my kindle!! I have tried to delete them from that part but it will not operate! Any suggestions? Make sure you Help!! I want to get rid of them and they are just taking up space on my kindle. Thanks! Finest reply:

I very own a Kindle, and I had the very same troubles, so I referred to as Amazon, and here is what the representative explained: The Archived section of your Kindle just shows the books in your Amazon account, NOT the books on the Kindle. As a result, if you want to read a book in the Archived area, you have to download it onto the Kindle, and the archived files never consider up your Kindle's memory. If a deleted guide in the Archived area actually bugs you, just log on to Amazon on your personal computer, and go to "my digital content," and seem for the guide you permanently wish to delete. The rest you'll figure out.
